Following Microsoft’s announcement last month about the rebrand of Azure AD to Microsoft Entra ID, we have taken the opportunity to update and improve our very popular instructor-led Azure AD Identity and Security (now Microsoft Entra ID) training course.
What has changed?
In addition to updating references to Azure AD throughout, we have changed the course manual and more than 50 labs to use the Microsoft Entra Admin Center and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center in favour of the Azure and Office portals wherever possible..
We have also updated the labs to take account of new functionality in the software, and of course, we’ve had to change the name of the course too! It’s now called the Microsoft Entra ID training course – and we’re running it for the first time this week via Teams in North American Eastern time!
What does the Microsoft Entra ID course cover?
This highly practical four-day course covers the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Entra ID in a live, hybrid Active Directory environment – including the configuration of identity, security, and governance features such as:
- Provisioning and attribute synchronization
- Various single sign-on options
- Multi-factor authentication
- Application proxy
- Conditional access
- Identity protection
During the course, delegates will build an environment that mimics the real world. This enables them to experiment with and test features, and subsequently implement and deploy their solutions with confidence.
Who is the Microsoft Entra ID course for?
The course is designed for IT support staff, IT consultants and architects, pre-sales technical support staff, and tech-savvy business decision-makers.
When can I take Microsoft Entra ID training?
Our Microsoft Entra ID course is available as an instructor-led public course live via Teams in Central European time or North American Eastern time. We can also run a private course for your IT team, either live via Teams or at a location of your choice.
