Over the last decade, we have provided training on Microsoft identity technologies to over 5,000 IT professionals in 6 continents. We pride ourselves on the quality of our courses and instructors, the excellent long-term relationships we build with our customers, and our happy and motivated team.
We would now like to hear from proactive and highly motivated sales professionals – ideally with knowledge and experience of IT – who can help us increase sales of our training courses through dedication, persistence and good humour.
Why are we recruiting? Demand for our industry-leading public, private and online MIM training courses is now at an all-time high. Our new Azure AD Connect Masterclass, and the Microsoft Identity Masterclass with John Craddock, are proving very popular. All our courses are getting rave reviews. And we are about to launch our Azure AD Connect Masterclass as an online, self-paced course.
Who are we looking for? We are flexible as to how we build our sales team. So we are open to applications from candidates just starting out on a sales career who can demonstrate that they have a great deal of potential, as well as those who may already have many years’ experience under their belt.
We are looking for tech-savvy people who are happy contacting customers and prospects by phone as well as email and who enjoy developing effective, long-term relationships with customers. Other key requirements include loads of initiative and tenacity, excellent written and spoken English, and the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
Is remote/flexible working possible? Yes – it’s positively encouraged! Our headquarters are in Oxford, UK but we sell training courses worldwide and need to cover different time zones. So working from home is fine, and the ability to work flexible hours would be useful.
What about salary and benefits? We offer a competitive salary depending on skills and experience, a generous allowance of 25 days’ annual leave (plus public holidays), rising to 27 days after 2 years. We also offer a pension scheme matching up to 6% of employee contributions, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work from home.
